For many years, VMI offers automated batch mixing systems. Designed to provide industrialists high productivity levels (from 500kg to 7 tons of dough per hour), these systems consist of integrating a group of several mixers (whether fork, simple spiral or double spiral) and organizing and automating the passage of bowls from one unit to another, thus limiting to the maximum the time of idle production.
Automated groups consisting of a dosing station, from one to six mixing units and eventually a rest unit and a transfer unit, the VMI rotary carousel consists of a star-like assembly of different units. This configuration is characterized especially by its reduced obstruction and its extreme versatility.
